Has your doctor at Connect-Clinic requested a surgery approval from the Ministry of Health?

The wait-times for receiving an approval letter vary from month to month, and depends on the request volume within the Ministry of Health.

As of December 2022, we are hearing back from the Ministry about requests submitted in June, July and August 2022 out of order. We are continuing to manage outstanding surgery approvals and referrals. We will reach out to you directly once we receive your approval letter from the Ministry.
